Additionally, it is free from formaldehyde, aromatics, biocides, preservatives, cobalt, and oximes, making it safe for use on children's toys (according to DIN 71-3) and saliva and sweat resistant (according to DIN 53160).
Instructions for use
Before use, the wood must be clean, dry, and grease-free. For heavily soiled wood, a prior cleaning with OLI-NATURA Exterior Cleaner is recommended. Apply the oil at temperatures between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. Use a brush or roller to apply the oil thinly and evenly in the direction of the wood grain. Allow the oil to soak in for 20-30 minutes, then remove excess oil with a cloth or polishing pad. For very dry wood, a second coat may be necessary.
Maintenance and advice
The maintenance of surfaces treated with Oli Natura Yacht & Teak Oil is simple. During the first 5-7 days while the oil cures, the surface should not be cleaned or maintained with moisture. It is important to store oil-soaked rags safely to prevent spontaneous combustion.
