Working Principle of Blanchon Prim'Sealer Primer

This water-based pore filler is designed to preserve the natural hue of light wood and create an ideal substrate for further lacquer layers. Prim'Sealer ensures better adhesion of the lacquer and preserves the original look of the wood. Before applying Prim'Sealer Primer, ensure that the parquet is completely dry and clean. The old or new parquet surface should be sanded to grain 100 or 120 for optimal preparation. After thorough dusting, the floor is ready for the application of Prim'Sealer. The product is ready to use and should be applied in a thick layer with a roller or spatula. Clean your tools immediately after use with water.

Technical Specifications and Sustainability

Blanchon Prim'Sealer Primer has a drying time of 20 to 30 minutes to dust-free and 15 hours to recoatable with the roller, and 20 minutes to dust-free and 30 minutes to recoatable with the spatula. The consumption is 10 m² per liter per layer when applied with the roller and 20 m² per liter per layer when applied with the spatula. For storage, ensure that the product is stored frost-free and the packaging is carefully closed after use.
