Return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the entrepreneur in the original condition and packaging. To use this right you can contact us via info@vloerproducten.nl or info@vloerproducten.be. We will then refund the order amount due max 14 days after the registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Return costs are for your account. Save the receipt for proof. We will refund the costs after receiving the products if received in good condition.
We cannot receive open products and do not refund the amount of it. If the product is damaged whether the package is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this value reduction of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged with a return.
